I worked with Liv during my recruitment process and she was fantastic!

Stage 1 - Liv asked really relevant questions to see if I was suitable for the assessment centre that would be held as a stage in the interview process. She made sure to understand my experience as well as my personality.

Stage 2 - the assessment centre was new to me and felt strange to do a sales pitch in a group. But Venatrix were really helpful with preparing me to know what to expect and what to have ready on the day. Liv was available to help me with everything and the advice she gave wasn't generic, it wa specific to me which was so so valuable!

Stage 3 - I was successful with the assessment centre and went through to interview with the company directly and again, Venatrix were really supportive.

Throughout the entire process, the were very honest about what the job was, what was expected from me and how to prepare. I didn't feel like the job was being "sold" to me regardless of what I was looking for - they didn't waste my time at all with things they didn't think was not relevant to me - which was so refreshing in a recruitment process.

I cannot recommend Venatrix and Liv enough! If you're looking for a role in Sales, they'll help you find the one you're looking for!

I found the procedure very poor for someone who’s wanting to excel within SaaS industry. I’ve had an interview and I’m seeking feedback and I don’t get any responses and got ghosted. How do you expect aspiring individuals to learn from their mistakes when they don’t receive feedback to refine your approaches. Not recommend this company whatsoever looks elsewhere guys and they aren’t responsive at all. Overall rubbish service experience. Very disappointed!
