Hi I’m Natasha and I’ve worked at Venatrix since April 2019!

I graduated from University College Cork in 2017 with a First Class degree in English & Sociology, and then went on to study a Masters in Criminology. After graduating I jetted off to Vietnam to work as an English teacher before deciding what I wanted to do with my career.

Having grown up for most of my life in Ireland, I made the decision to move to London to pursue an exciting career in recruitment. My background was in cosmetic sales, and having loved the target driven element of the role a transition into recruitment felt like the natural next step!

Since joining Venatrix I have achieved 4 promotions and love that I get to help change people’s lives for the better!

Interesting fact about me: I once placed 5th in the Irish Dancing World Championships!

Bella Nabers

Operations Manager

I’m Bella and I joined Venatrix in September of 2021!

I am originally from the USA and decided to make the move across the pond in early 2020. Moving to London has easily been one of the best decisions I have made. I graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019 with a degree in International Business & Marketing and I also studied Exercise Science. I then moved to London a few months later to complete a Master’s Degree in International Business. I was lucky enough to come across Venatrix in my job search & the rest is history!
At Venatrix I oversee our operational activities, and play a key role in onboarding new members of the team. I work closely with the team to create new resources that ultimately support our consultants in their search for superstar SDRs. I have a passion for organisational admin and enjoy implementing new & improved processes into the business. I am really excited to see the dream team grow!

Interesting about me: I played tennis for nearly 15 years!

Liv Adams

Team Lead & Senior Consultant

I am Liv and I joined Venatrix in January 2022!

I was born in Manchester but spent most my childhood in Buckinghamshire. I have been lucky enough to also live in both the USA and Australia.

I studied Business Management at The University of Leeds and graduated in 2018. Since then I backpacked around the world for 8 months before settling in Australia for another 12 months! I returned home to embark on a real estate graduate scheme but realised it just wasn’t for me.

Taking the leap of faith into the start up world and recruitment has been the best decision! I have the ability to make a direct impact on a business day to day and have been given incredible progression and earning opportunities!

Interesting fact about me: I am an adrenaline junky having jumped out of a plane twice in Australia and completed the worlds biggest swing in New Zealand. On a side note - I think peas are the best vegetable in the world and pretty much eat them every day.

Rachel Kaye

Senior Talent Manager

Hi! I am Rachel and I’ve worked at Venatrix since February 2022!

I was born in London but spent 5 years of my primary school living in Athens before returning back to the UK. Before University I travelled South America and then went on to study Sociology and Social Policy at The University of Leeds, graduating in 2019 with a 2.1. During my time at University I did Camp America for 3 months and backpacked around South East Asia, Mexico and Cuba. After uni I knew I wanted to work in a fast-paced environment that offered lots of earning potential. I came through the Venatrix process myself and I landed an SDR role in a fast growth SaaS company.

I spent 15 months as an SDR and loved it, I was lucky enough to travel to Barcelona and New York for sales kickoffs whilst working in the role. I then coached my boyfriend to help him secure himself an SDR role and that was when I decided that that is what I wanted to do full time! I got back in touch with Venatrix, and interviewed for the Talent Executive role and the rest is now history!

Interesting fact about me: I own a small business called ‘Giggling Willow’ where I sell hand painted gin glasses at local fairs with 10% if the profits going to ‘Student Minds’, a student mental health charity in the UK.

Tara Jackson

Account Executive

Hey there, I'm Tara & I've worked at Venatrix since June 2018.

I'm 27, live in Battersea & I am dog mom to the world's cutest French Bulldog named Thumper. I'm an avid runner having completed 2 marathons & have my third one booked for 2024.

I joined Venatrix immediately after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Business & Marketing Management. I spent 4 years on the delivery team and worked my way up to becoming a Divisional Team Lead. I then left Venatrix for a year and spent the year working in the SaaS industry but I couldn't stay away for long and have now re-joined on the client facing side of the business, as an Account Executive, where I am responsible for finding new logos.

Fun fact about me is that when I was at University, I won a boxing competition called King of the Ring, where I did 3 rounds of boxing and won!

Laura Wallis

Account Executive

Hi, I’m Laura!

I joined Venatrix in 2023 with 3 years sales experience as an SDR and AE in the SaaS industry. I am working in the Business Development side of the business, responsible for sourcing new clients looking to hire superstar SDR’s! I am really excited to expand our customer base and develop my sales skills further working directly with Elaine!

Interesting fact about me: I went travelling by myself for 6 months on a gap year, and I used to want to be a Radio DJ and presented a radio show at Uni!
