As CEO and Founder of Venatrix, I’m proud we have become London’s No 1 SDR recruitment supporting sales leaders of the fastest growing companies in the world; helping them to build out their sales teams quickly and effectively.
In 2015 I received investment from James Caan, former Dragons Den Investor and his recruitment venture firm, Recruitment Entrepreneur. We have consistently been one of the top-performing businesses in the portfolio and expect to double headcount and turnover in the next 18 months.
We are passionate about investing in the future of the sales profession in the UK and as such became an exclusive partner to Sales Confidence – the UK’s largest network of SaaS Sales Leaders to launch the UK’s first SDR community.
An interesting facts about me: I have a custom converted Mercedes Sprinter campervan which I love to take around the UK & beyond & I love a roast dinner. Don’t put it past me to be serving gravy in the summer!

Hi I'm Megan!
I joined Venatrix in 2023 with 8 years recruitment experience in the graduate sales space. I am from Surrey originally before moving to London for University and have not left since!
My role at Venatrix is heading up our delivery function which includes everything from candidate attraction to recruitment, and through to placement. My passion is developing and coaching junior people to become future sales super stars which i am lucky enough to do on a daily basis at Venatrix.
My interests include going to the theatre, my peloton bike, discovering new brunches (especially with bottomless prosecco!) and hanging out with my sausage dog - Chipolata!

I’m Bella and I joined Venatrix in September of 2021!
I am originally from the USA and decided to make the move across the pond in early 2020. Moving to London has easily been one of the best decisions I have made. I graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019 with a degree in International Business & Marketing and I also studied Exercise Science. I then moved to London a few months later to complete a Master’s Degree in International Business. I was lucky enough to come across Venatrix in my job search & the rest is history!
At Venatrix I oversee our operational activities, and play a key role in onboarding new members of the team. I work closely with the team to create new resources that ultimately support our consultants in their search for superstar SDRs. I have a passion for organisational admin and enjoy implementing new & improved processes into the business. I am really excited to see the dream team grow!
Interesting about me: I played tennis for nearly 15 years!

Hi I’m Natasha and I’ve worked at Venatrix since April 2019!
I graduated from University College Cork in 2017 with a First Class degree in English & Sociology, and then went on to study a Masters in Criminology. After graduating I jetted off to Vietnam to work as an English teacher before deciding what I wanted to do with my career.
Having grown up for most of my life in Ireland, I made the decision to move to London to pursue an exciting career in recruitment. My background was in cosmetic sales, and having loved the target driven element of the role a transition into recruitment felt like the natural next step!
Since joining Venatrix I have achieved 4 promotions and love that I get to help change people’s lives for the better!
Interesting fact about me: I once placed 5th in the Irish Dancing World Championships!

I’m part of the GTM team at Venatrix, where I help high-growth SaaS companies find the best talent to build out their commercial teams. I’ve spent my whole career in sales and recruitment, and I love the buzz of working with ambitious people and in fast-paced businesses.
I’m outgoing, sociable, and endlessly curious, which means I thrive on building strong relationships. So whether I’m deep in a candidate conversation, strategising with a client, or networking at an industry event, I’m always looking to learn and make meaningful connections.
I live in East London and absolutely love the energy of the city, catch me on a sunny weekend hopping between parks, coffee shops, or on the hunt for the best spicy marg in town.

Hey, I’m Liv and recently re-joined Venatrix on the GTM team.
I graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Business Management in 2018 before spending two years living and working abroad.This experience taught me the power of getting outside your comfort zone and putting yourself out there!
I returned back to the UK and moved to London. Since then I have been working in recruitment/sales and love being in a fast paced, target driven role where I can really take ownership over my career. I love meeting new people and cannot wait to continue growing and learning and helping candidates secure their next SaaS sales role and support business grow their GTM teams!
I am dog obsessed and love all things cycling, running and the gym. At the weekends you will find me doing laps of Richmond park followed by a glass of vino with friends.

I traveled up the country to attend university in Newcastle, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. As an active and outgoing person passionate about mindsets, health and fitness. Hi, I'm Lauren - I recently joined the team in March 2025!
I attended Bournemouth University where I received a 2:1 in Business and Human Resource Management. During my time at university, I played Lacrosse as well as being on the committee as Social Sec. As someone that is super active, sociable and loves a good chat, I fell into the world of recruitment after university where I focused on Life Sciences for just over 2.5 years, gaining valuable experience within the fast-paced world of sales.
Deciding to make the move of industry was tough, but Venatrix made that decision a whole lot easier, as I had the opportunity to still work with top-performing talent and high calibre team, helping individuals land their dream roles where they can make an impact in the SaaS space!
